Mail Boxes Etc. Chichester celebrates 10 years at The Hornet
Mail Boxes Etc. Chichester is celebrating 10 years of serving local customers from its base at The Hornet, marking a decade of trusted support for businesses and individuals across the area.
The store was taken over in 2016 by Kalpesh Chudasama and current store manager Judy Veniamaki. Since then, the centre has continued to grow, building a strong reputation for practical business and personal services including mailbox rental, parcel packing and shipping, fulfilment, and print and marketing support.
Working alongside Abi Taplin, Kal and Judy have developed the Chichester branch into a reliable local hub for customers who need more than a standard parcel service. Today, the store supports small and medium-sized businesses, home-based businesses and personal customers with a wide range of day-to-day needs, from worldwide shipping and secure packing to professional print services and mailbox solutions.
Kal said: “It has been ten years since we took over Mail Boxes Etc. in Chichester, and we can hardly believe how quickly the time has passed. We have learned so much and achieved a great deal during the last decade, and we couldn't be happier to be working together as a team.
“We would like to sincerely thank our customers, providers, and everyone who supports us in doing what we love to do.”
That local loyalty has been central to the store’s success. Over the years, Mail Boxes Etc. Chichester has helped a broad mix of customers, from growing ecommerce businesses needing fulfilment and shipping support to individuals looking for a secure postal mailbox or help sending important items safely.
Kal said: “As a brand, Mail Boxes Etc. is currently bucking the trend on UK high streets and is one of the few chain store outlets opening more stores, which I believe is because its service range meets so many growing needs.”
The centre’s broad service offering has become even more relevant as working patterns have changed. With more people running businesses from home and more local firms selling online, demand has grown for services that help customers present themselves professionally and manage logistics more efficiently.
Kal added: “With ecommerce booming and the growth in working from home, there are a huge number of businesses in the local area who want a postal mailbox, separate from their operational or residential address and a professional solution for shipping worldwide.”
Ten years on, Mail Boxes Etc. Chichester remains focused on giving local customers dependable, personal service across shipping, print, fulfilment and mailbox solutions. The anniversary is not just a milestone for the team, but a reflection of the lasting relationships they have built with the local community.
